Junior park run
Eva Martin had another great run in Cardiff junior Park Run. She finished 4th overall but was the first girl home. Well done Eva.
SIAB
SIAB Schools international took place at Pembrey Park for the countries top school athletes. English athletes lead in most events. Although there were some great performances by Welsh athletes. All Cardiff Athletes should be proud of their performances.
Millie Gold was the first welsh athlete home in the junior 3000m finishing 8th a yet another fine performance by Millie.
Joshua Sanders had a great run in the junior boys race finishing 18th.
Mabli Phillips and Kerby Beltran in the mixed junior reply finished on the podium.
In the primary boys race Osian Phillips had a great race finishing came 2nd.
Cardiff Half marathon
Cardiff half marathon returned to the sunny streets of Cardiff , after a break of 903 days.
James Hunt had a wonderful run to win the Welsh Half Marathon Championships in a new personal best in a time of 66.06m.
Raleigh Relays 2022- North Carolina.
Kate Seary showing she is in fine form in North Carolina where she had the race of her life competing the steeplechase. She improved her Welsh record by over 15 seconds, recording a time of 9.55.96.
She is closing in on the Commonwealth Games Nomination Standard of 9.49.50.
Ryan Foulkes had an outing at the Dan Gilroy Memorial Track and Field open Meeting finishing 2nd with a seasons best.
Overseas
Emmanuella Kone competing in Weems Baskin Invitational USA ran 24.96 w a PB in the 200 finishing 1st.and 12.25s in the 100 finishing 6th.
Sarah Omoregie competing in the shot at the Hurricanes Invitational USA threw 12.81m
