Cardiff athletes have been out in force representing their schools and clubs all over the world. Two Welsh records by Cardiff athletes

Jenny Nesbitt continues to show how well she is running in America with another brilliant ran in Boston. She ran 15.19.22 which is well inside the Welsh Commonwealth Games standard. This time leaves her 3rd on the British all time list. And a Welsh record.

Jake Heyward also in America broke Ian Hamers Welsh 3000m record with a time of 7.48.83 in Washington. This was 3 seconds inside the old record.

In France saw Jeremiah Azu have a fine run  of  6.61s just .01 outside his best time. Jeremiah showing consistency at this distance.

Kate Seary competing in a  BMC event ran a PB in the 3000m

Podium PUL5K saw some great performances by welsh athletes at Battersea Park. Charlotte Arter finished 2nd in 15.54, just ahead of Cari Hughes in 15.57. In the men’s race Michael Ward finished 2nd in 13.54.

Scott Nixon came 5th in the Nick Beer 10 K in Llandudno in a very competitive race.

Cardiff junior Park run saw a one, two three for Cardiff Athletes. Alfie Osbourne and Harry Osbourne coming in one , two both running PB’s. And Jack Stewart finished 3rd.
 Eva Martin was finished 8th overall but was the first female home.
