The 2020 London Marathon is by invitation to Elite runners to take in this years race.
The course in St. James Park is over, 19 & half laps of 2km in park. Good for spectators.
Dan Nash sent twitter message to race HQ’s seeking an entry into race, suggesting that British runners
should be given a chance to take part. Dan is British record holder for 50km.
A week later Dan heard he had been accepted, and will take part in race.
Well done Dan for taking his initiative!
Josh Young, a new member to Cardiff Athletics Club, has also been included in race.
Included as pace makers for the Elite runners, are Cardiff Athletics runners, Matt Clowes and Jake Smith.
