THE 117TH WELSH CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY 26TH FEBRUARY AT PEMBREY COUNTRY PARK.
I will be team managing the teams for Cardiff Athletics for the XC championships.
