Some indoor results from 29th December 2021 at Sheffield by Cardiff
athletes.

Lauren Evans had a busy day taking part in 3 events. She finished
2nd in shot (10.81m )and triple jump (5.42m). And 3rd in the 60m hurdles
(8.78s).

Rebecca Chapman came 2nd in the long jump ( 6.10m) with another solid
performance.
