BMC meetings attract Cardiff athletes once again seeing them race to personal best times.
At Stratford Davis Locke finished 5th in a personal best time in the 800m with a time of 1.46.46s.
In the 800m women’s race saw Rhiannon Linington- Payne run close to her best with a time of 2.06.11s.
Moli Lyons came 12th with a time of 4.46.2s in the 1500m and Jacob Reynolds came 10th with a time
Of 3.59.04s

In Wrexham at the Helena Tipping 10K saw Matthew Clowes won in a time of 30:36.

Welsh Masters League in Swansea saw Brian Dias finish 3rd in the 4th heat of 200m races. Brian also took part in the discus finishing 2nd and 1st in the Hammer.
Tim Fry also took part in the 800m and 3000m running a seasons bests in both events . He finished 3rd in the 3000m.
Cardiff athletes over 35 are athletics masters and the Welsh Masters league is a great place to run against others of a similar age. There are Welsh Master Championships and an opportunity to gain a Welsh Masters vest.

Run with the Wind saw further great performances by Cardiff athletes.
Joshua Brown won the first heat of 100m with a SB of 10.52s. Also having a seasons best in the 200m coming first.
Anais Shepperd U15 ran a Seasons best of 12.98 s in the 100m and finished 2nd in her 200m heat.
Aharon Graham-Mulvaney came 3rd in his 100m heat and ran PB in the 200m finishing 1st with a time of 23.43s .JoseAltzate-Gonzalez came third in his heat of 100m
Kay Asiya Placide won her 100m heat with Reagan McCarthy U13 coming second just outside her PB. Reagan won her 200m heat in a personal best time of 25.38s
Samantha Gamble had a seasons best winning her 100m heat
Francesca Morgan came first in her heat of 100m
Harry Hillman had a seasons best in his 200m race.
Zac Roach had a fifth place in his 100m but ran a personal best in his 200m race camping first in his heat.
Sebastian Mitchell-Fofana finished 2nd in his 200m with a personal best of 25.48.
Louis Thorne won his heat of the 200m.
EllaMitchell won 80m hurdles.

Commonwealth Games about to start.
