This years Championships took place at Leckwith over a dry but windy weekend.
Athletes going to this years Commonwealth Games were on show.
There were some fine performances over the weekend.
Sam Gordon won the 100m in 10.34s with Makoye Kamppengele finishing third in a seasons best.
In the women’s 100 m saw Issie Tustin finish 2nd in a windy PB 11.92s,
Arron Owen finished 3th in the senior 200 in a seasons best 21.57s
Jose Alcatel-Gonzalez finished 4th in the U15 200m with a PB 24.22s
Jack Farrell run a PB to finish 2nd in the U15 300m.
Anais Shepperd won her U15 300m with a time of 41.58s.
Harry Hill an had a close race in the senior 400m to finish 2nd
In the senior women’s race saw Fiona Mair Roberts U23 win.
U15 800m race saw Tomas Davies run a PB to finish 2nd just ahead of Iwan Froley.
Bryony Boyce U13 also ran. PB in her U15 800m race to finish 3rd. Mabli Phillips also ran a PB in the competitive race.
Iwan Froley was on the podium again finishing 1st in the U15 1500m with a PB time of 4.30.82 with Harry Turner joining him in 3rd place. Alfie Osborne, Harry Osborne and Tomas Morgan all run PB’s in the same race.
Jenny Nesbitt won the senior 1500m with Moli Lyons coming second.
Mabli Phillips finished 2nd in the U15 1500m and Imogen Davies finished 3rd in a PB time.
In the 3000m saw Millie Gold win the U15 race in a championship best time. In the U15M race saw Joshua Sanders finish 2nd in a PB time of 9.32.63s
Commonwealth Games bound Lauren Evans ran a PB in 100m hurdles to finish second.
High jump saw a win for Jonathon Bailey with a leap of 2.06m
U15 pole vault saw Sebastian Mitchell-Fofana jump a PB to finish 3rd.
In the senior police vault Mark Mellor came 2nd and Aharon Graham- Mulvaney came 3rd.
Sadie Graham- Mulvaney came 3rd in the triple jump with a jump just short of her PB.
Dafydd Herdman came 3rd in the senior shot put.
Dafydd and Harri Wheeler Sexton threw PB’s in the senior Discus. Harri coming 2nd and Dafydd 3rd.
Lily Gregson finished 3rd in the senior Discus.. marked Davies had a seasons best in the U15 Discus .
Hammer saw Jac Palmer finish 3rd with Ben Hawkes 2nd and Commonwealth bound Osian Jones win.
Ffion Palmer finished 2nd with a throw close to her PB.
Ryan Foulkes finished 2nd with a seasons best in windy conditions to Richard Dangerfield.
Jack O’Keefe came 2nd in the U15 javelin.
Bethan Davies came 2nd in the 10k walk with a time of 46.11.26 s
