Welsh Road Relays

Wales top athletic teams descended on Pembrey to battle to be Welsh Champions. And Cardiff athletes put up a great display in representing the club.
Millie Gold continued her fantastic season running the fastest times. Her time was 10.17.
Cardiff’s U15 A team came second and the B team were third showing a great strength in depth.
The U15 boys A team went one better finishing first and the B team came thirds.
George Cook recorded the fastest leg with a time of 10.05.
Mali Macduff had the third fastest time in the U17 age group.

Bristol 10 k saw Lucy Maryland finish third.

Mia Clathwortjy came 5th in Lake Charles, LA racing in a 5K Cross Country race.

Benjamin Reynolds competed in Bill Dellinger 8k Cross Country Oregon finishing 61st

In re arranged Yeovil Games a number of Cardiff athletes took part many getting personal bests.
Jacob Barnes. ran a PB in the U11 75m recording a time of 10.95s. Jacob came 2nd in the 600m in a personal best time 2.03.36s. Jacob won the long jump with a personal best of 3.59m. Showing his ability in a variety of events.
Lewis BarnesU15 won his 100m in 11.81s. Lewis ran a PB in the 300m finishing first.
Aharon Graham- Mulvaney U17 came 4th in SM 100m just outside his PB. And 5th in the SM 200m.
Aharon had a PB in the triple jump , jumping 11.86 finishing 2nd.
Sadie Grah-Mulvaney came second in her triple jump jumping 10.03m
Imogen Vecchi U13 came equal 4th in her 100m. Imogen jumped a personal best in the long jump 3.88m
Leon Gregson came second in the high jump with a jump of 1.71 showing his consistency in the event. Leon was second in the javelin
Grace Caddy U13 jumped 1.26m just below her PB. Grace jumped a PB in the LJ 3.82m. Grace was 4th in the shot with a PB of 4.60m
Anwen Bailey U13 also had a PB in the Long jump 3.62m. Anwen was first in shot throwing 6.06 a PB She also came 4th in the javelin.
Charlie Goodwin F38 came second with a throw of 8.49m in the shot. Charlie threw 23.28m in the discus.

Cardiff throws at Aberdare saw Cardiff athletes taking part in the last Cardiff throws competition of the year.
Dafydd Herdman won the senior discus.
Eurion John came second in the U17 discus.
Lily Gregson came second in the SW discus.
Ava Hughes-Rolls came first in the U13 discus with Ava John in second place.
