UK Development league.

Due to an accident on the M4 the journey to Swindon was long and stressful. But the meeting organisers held up the field to allow athletes to compete. Thank you.

75 m saw Gruffydd Evans run a seasonal best of 11.6 to finish 5th in the A race.
And Jay Mohsin with the same time but in the B race had a PB finishing 3rd. Gruffydd had a PB in the 150m
Jose Alzate-Gonzalez won the U15 100 A race and Tomos Provis won the B race in a PB 12.2s
Jack Farrell was a clear winner in U15 200m and second in the 300m.
Harri Owen Edwards won his 300m.
Katie Higginson also was a clear winner in her 200m race
Tomas Davies had a PB in the 800m winning by 2seconds
Rebecca Harries and Isobel Davies ran PB’s in their 800m to finish 3rd.
Jack Harries and Elinor Anne Roberts ran PB’s in U13 1200m.
1500m race saw wins for Joshua Sanders and Harry Turner who ran a PB.
80hurdles saw PB for Sebastian Mitchell-Fofana and Lewis Barnes. Sebastian also finished 2nd in the High Jump and pole vault.
Cardiff U15M won their 4x100 in a seasonal best time. U15W were 2nd in a seasonal best time.
Cardiff U13M 4x100 were 3rd in a seasonal best time. U13W were 2nd in a seasonal best time.
Cardiff U15M 4x300 we’re clear winners again with a SB.
Erin Lia- Williams had a Pb in her high jump.
Jack O’ Keefe had a PB in the U15 shot, as did Alfie Winder, Jack Harries, Rhiannon Derrick.
Ava Hughes-Rolls was a clear winner in her shot. She had a PB in the javelin finishing 2nd.
Jack O’ Keefe also had aPB in the Discus finishing 3rd
Ava John has a PB in the javelin to finish 2 nd.

NAL at Woodford Green saw the athletes who competed battle bravely to get points for the team in order that they can continue to compete with the best .
Sarah McCarthy had a great jump of 6.09m to win the long jump. Sarah was 1st in the 200m
Fiona Palmer finished 3rd in a competitive hammer.
Emmanuella Kone home from the States finished 3rd I in 100m
Lauren Evans who is Commonwealth Games bound had a good outing finishing 2nd in the 100m Hurdles.
Esther Adikpe had a good win in 400m . She finished 2nd in the 200m with a personal best
Morgan James clinched 3rd place in the 800.m

In the Porthcawl 10k saw James Hunt win in 30.35s. Claiming maximum points in the Welsh 10k Road series. Second place was Mike Ward and third was Matthew Edwards.

BMC meeting at Watford saw David Locke win the 800m with a seasonal best 1.49.02
BMC meeting Exeter saw Jacob Reynolds win the 1500m.

Cardiff Throws at Aberdare saw Aled Davies Commonwealth Games bound Throws season best of 54m
Freya Hughes-Rolls threw a PB in the U17 shot 7.67m
