Junior Park Run Cardiff
Eva Martin ran a PB in this weeks junior park run. Eva was 4th athlete home and the 2nd female.

Cardiff Park Run.
Olivier Price ran a PB in the Cardiff Park Run finishing 2nd. Joel Piece came in 6th.
Trafford 10km
Charlotte Arter ran a Welsh record of 31.26 taking 4 seconds off her previous record. Charlotte a time that shows she is in fantastic form ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
World Indoor Tour Madrid.
Jeremiah Azu is another Cardiff athlete showing he is in great form. Throughout the winter Jeremiah has been improving and showing a consistency in his heats. He finished 5th in the final in a time of 6.63s for the men’s 60m.
Newport Half marathon
Tad high Keating finished 12th and Tom Waters finished 13th in this very competitive race.
