Cardiff Park Run saw athletes from the club performing well. Millie Gold had an exceptional ran.Finishing 9th overall and the first female home in a personal best time of 17.20. Ranking her 5th in Britain.
Ben Hughes came third in 16.42 and Joshua Sanders 6th in 17.05.
Other athletes who ran a personal best were Harry Osbourne, Alfie Osbourne, Joshua Morgan, Rebeca Harries and Jack Stewart. All of whom finished in the top 55.
English Combined event Championships at Sheffield saw Aharon Graham Mulvaney competing in a Cardiff vest. He had a personal best of 3.85 in the pole vault. He finished 11th with 4012points.
