On the 11th February at Battersea Park the following Cardiff Athletes have been chosen to represent Wales as part of a 14 athlete team against home countries.

Senior women team sees Charlotte Arter who is the Welsh 5k record holder.
Cari Hughes will be a represent in the U23 group.

Michael Ward and Ieuan Thomas have been picked to represent in the senior men team.
Lloyd Sheppard will take part in the U20’s team
