Welsh Schools competed in a multi events competition in Glasgow 4.12.21
3 Bronze team medals were picked up in the U16 Boys and Girls competition. And in the U 18 Girls event.
The club had representation with Salem Mbimu-Kiambi ( U16) and Aharon Graham- Mulvaney in the U18.  Congratulations on your Welsh Schools vest.

John Collins Gwent cross country league at Pembury Country Park 4.12.21
This was the thirds match held in blustery conditions. The event covers all age groups.
There was great racing in all age groups. This is the course the 2022 Welsh Cross Country championships will be held.
Millie Gold won her age group. She took to the front early in blustery conditions ensuring she came home  in first place. Millie is lead in her age group rankings. Well done Millie.
Lloyd Sheppard - Brown ( Junior men) came in second in his race but in doing so extended his lead in the overall ranking. Well done Lloyd.

Welsh junior Indoor open.
16 personal bests were recorded at this meeting at NIAC. Well done to those who achieved a  personal best. This is the first of two meetings. The next occurs January. The closing date for that is 16 December 2021.

The results indicate that in the Welsh Indoor Championships next year Cardiff athletes are going to do well. Congratulations on all who took part giving a positive image of you as athletes and a positive image of the club. Thank you.

Cardiff saw representation in the Aberystwyth Charity 10k where Adam Davies (v35) finished 7th with a personal best time. James Cowan finished 9th. Well done.
