In the 1960's The Beatles were called the FAB 4, last week their last Album 30 years ago, sits on top of the Album charts.

Yesterday Cardiff Athletics Senior Women team, are our FAB 4 in winning the English RRA's Championships at Sutton Park, Birmingham. They won relay by 1min 58secs from 2nd place team. Getting team running order in relay races is important, the ladies got their running order spot on. A good start with only 4 runners in team is vital. Jennifer Nesbitt on Leg 1 (A), came home in 2nd place. Every leg had 10 fastest times shown. On leg 2 (B), Charlotte Arter home 1st running the fastest time of day. On Leg 3 (C), Lucy Marland came home 1st in second faster leg time. On Leg 4 (D), Clara Evans came home 1st with the fastest leg time. In photo you can see happy faces, despite they did not receive winninh team medals, yet Charlotte had the fastest time medal? Charlotte was not happy about that. See Ladies times, and senior men's team report below.
