Aled Davies should be congratulated on being made an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire ) in the New Years Honours list. Aled has had a distinguished career representing Cardiff Athletics, Wales and Great Britain with pride and success. He won gold in his third consecutive Paralympic Games in 2021 competing in the shot. That was his fourth medal. He is aiming to continue his success in the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham this year.
