Friday 25 October 2019

On Sunday 20th October Cardiff's Jennifer Nesbitt finished 3rd in the Great South 10m Road race at Southsea. In a strong field of runners Jenny came home in 3rd place with a good time of 55.18secs. Think Jennifer's time may be a personal best performance. Well done Jennifer.

On same day following the result of the Flintshire (Mold) 10k road race. Cardiff's Lucy Marland won the ladies race in 35.44. The Flintshire race was the last race in the 2019 Welsh 10k Series, held in all corners of Wales. Five races were held and the best 4 results counted in deciding the winners of the Wales 10k Series.

Lucy Marland won Wales Womens 10k Series title. Cardiff's James Hunt won Wales Mens 10k Series title. Matthew Clowes 2nd.

Well done to all. See results below.
