Cardiff Athletics youngsters turn out in force for the first mass participation since the relaxing of the COVID rules.
With many running in a Blue vest for the first time it was great to see the excitement and so many smiles on the start line.
The race went off very fast with lots of enthusiasm and focus from all competitors, but as they rounded the the final bend and sprinted for the finish line it was a sea of blue, with wave after wave of Cardiff Athletes.
As a result the youngsters claimed 1st, 2nd, 3rd in both the boys and girls race.
Boys:
1st - Kobe Beltran, 2nd - Ben Farrell, 3rd - Kerby Beltran
Girls:
1st - Bryony Boyce, 2nd Kara Bennett, 3rd Rebeca Harries
