As you may have been aware from previous communications, the committee and members of Cardiff AAC decided to take the club through the process of incorporation, as part of a process of modernisation for the club.
Despite the challenges the club has faced and continues to face through the Pandemic, we are finally in a position to complete the transfer to the incorporated entity, known as Cardiff Athletics.
The incorporation should have very little impact on the day to day running of the club but does offer a more robust framework for the club to operate and expand and is supported by our governing body Welsh Athletics.
All assets of Cardiff AAC, including the name and rich history as well as all current members will transfer to Cardiff Athletics as part of the incorporation.
Important
Please note, as part of the transfer, we have also opened new bank accounts in the name of Cardiff Athletics. Please do not make any further payments to the old Cardiff AAC accounts.
