KYMIN DASH HENRY EVANS SETS NEW COURSE RECORD

The Kymin Dash a challenging and scenic seven mile race , staight up to the top of the Kymin above Monmouth , and back down on a long scenic loop of the Wye Valley .

This year’s men’s winner was Henry Evans , who completed the course in 39:25 ,a new course record .
