Cardiff young athletes taking park in Cardiff Junior Park run saw some fine runs. Sioned John was 5he first female to finish in a personal best time of 7.54. Cardiff had a one, two three with Alfie Osborne finishing 1st and Harry Osborne finishing second.
In Florida John Bridge was in action in the 400m coming second in 51.97s. He also had a run out in the 100m.
Sam Gordon was in action in the 100m with a time of 10.44s ahead of Dewi Hammond. Dewi was also in the 200m finishing first, in a time of 21.33s . Second place went to Arron Owen in 21.75s.
Sarah Omoregie was in action in the Harvard v Yale in New Haven, where she threw a seasons best of 15.42m and won her event.
